Square Enix will Hold an E3 Showcase Stream

Square Enix Announces An E3 Showcase Scheduled for Monday, June 11th

It is indeed exciting news as we are pretty sure that we will see the biggest titles of Square Enix. Or rather, it will follow Nintendo's lead, and stream a "special video presentation".

Square Enix is returning to E3 once again in June with a non-traditional press conference event.

"This website and the respective streaming platforms will be the exclusive ways to watch this showcase", Square Enix says in an FAQ.

The stream will start on June 11 at 10 a.m. PDT (7 p.m. CEST) and will be streamed in both English and Japanese.

E3 2018 officially kicks off on June 12-14, but the majority of announcements occur the Monday before on June 11. While they may have said that the game is in the works, the crowd remains uninformed on when Kingdom Hearts 3 will get release and what the game will have to offer.

What we won't see is the Hitman series, which was given to developer IO Interactive after it split with Square Enix.

It's official! Square Enix will be holding an E3 Conference after skipping 2 years in a row.

Square didn't provide any details other than when the showcase will be taking place. It will be interesting to see if Square Enix has anything to reveal regarding the untitled Avengers project that was announced back in January 2017. Shadow of the Tomb Raider will likely be heavily featured.
