May’s Free Xbox Games With Gold Revealed Shannon Grixti

It's a still a week to go until May arrives, but Microsoft has already laid out the list of games coming free to Xbox Live Gold members next month.

The headliner for this coming month for Xbox Live Gold members has got to be "Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain".

Are you excited for Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain, or Vanquish? That said, May will bring four different titles on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One and an opportunity to gain over 3k of gamerpoints.

The video game release schedule has slowed down considerably this spring (as it always does), especially for the Xbox One. Starting next week, Streets of Rage will be available for Xbox 360 owners, and Mega Baseball 2 will be available for Xbox One owners. If you're yet to play this open-world classic, don't miss this opportunity to add the game to your Xbox One library.

Yesterday, Microsoft's Major Nelson revealed May's line-up of Xbox One and Xbox 360 free games for Games With Gold. In the second half, it will be swapped out for Vanquish, the fast-action sliding cover shooter.

Xbox Games with Gold comes with an Xbox Live Gold subscription, available for just $9.99 a month.

As with the previous Games With Gold updates, these new games will be available on Games With Gold from May 1st and 15th, and will be on promotion until the dates stated in the trailer below.
