Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will have a packed schedule during the Mumbai leg of his visit to India on Thursday. Holtzberg's parents were emissaries of the Chabad movement living in Mumbai at the time.

This will be followed by a wreath-laying ceremony at Hotel Taj Mahal Palace opposite the Gateway of India and a visit to the Chabad House in Nariman House, in nearby Colaba - both in south Mumbai.

Moshe Holtzberg, who lost his parents during the Mumbai terror attacks in 2008, arrived at Foreigners Regional Registration Office in Mumbai on Wednesday.

His father Rabbi Gavriel Holtzberg and mother Rivka were killed in Nariman House, which was a terror target during the 26/11 Mumbai attack in 2008. I look forward to many more alliances between Maharashtra and Israel, says Fadnavis.

They acquire an enormous amount of experience and knowledge and can start their own business, Netanyahu said.

Israel's Ambassador to India Daniel Carmon says Netanyahu, while interacting with leaders of the business community, suggested that they contemplate setting up R&D centres in Israel as many worldwide players have already done.

The Israeli prime minister also wrote a message in the visitor's book at the place.

During the Cold War, India didn't have open relations with Israel, leaning heavily in favor of the Palestinians.

"Israel is an innovation nation, India is an innovation nation".

Later, he will attend a gathering with the members of the small but prosperous Jewish community living in different parts of Mumbai.

"Following the talks I had with my friend Prime Minister @NarendraModi, the Indian government has informed us that it is putting the Spike deal back on track".
