The offense just didn't look organized as evident by its four turnovers and eight penalties in the first half. That means the team will turn to Matt Moore to try to come back from an early 20-7 deficit against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Cutler was tackled on the next-to-last play - a 1-yard run - of the first half by Tampa Bay's Ryan Russell.

For the second time this season, injury prevented Jay Cutler from finishing a game.

Miami (4-6) pulled ahead 7-3 when Cutler tossed a 2-yard score to Jarvis Landry with 4:23 left.

Moore completed 17 of 28 passes for 282 yards and had the touchdown to Stills, giving him a 106.5 passer rating.

The Dolphins' defense had been relatively stout all day, but they allowed the Buccaneers to march down the field to seal the game with a 35-yard field goal by Patrick Murray.

Cutler had three interceptions against the Bucs in what was his first multi-interception game of the season and worst half of the year.? The last mistake proved costly when the Landry fumbled, forced and recovered by Ryan Smith, turned into a four-yard touchdown pass from Fitzgerald to DeSean Jackson.

The loss was the fourth straight for Miami.

Cutler finished 6 of 12 for 83 yards to go along with the passing touchdown and three interceptions. The Buccaneers (4-6) without starting quarterback Jameis Winston was supposed to be the easiest remaining game on Miami's schedule. Allen played into the third quarter, but was taken out and evaluated for a concussion.
