It's been about 20 years since Harvey Weinstein allegedly sexually harassed Ashley Judd during one of his now notorious hotel room encounters, and what she would say to him now will surprise a lot of people. I'm of two minds: "The part that shames myself says no", she said firmly.

More than 60 women have accused Weinstein of sexual harassment, assault and rape.

It wasn't, she said in her first on-camera recounting of the incident, which aired Thursday on "Good Morning America".

Weinstein's lawsuit filed Thursday in DE seeks access to the records, which Weinstein's lawyers argue are key to the Oscar-winner's defense from the avalanche of harassment claims made against him since an October 5 report by The New York Times.

Judd was among the first of what has become dozens of women alleging sexual harassment or assault by Weinstein, who is now under criminal investigation for rape in London, New York and Los Angeles. He has denied any non-consensual sexual activity.

In Thursday's lawsuit, Weinstein said he also wants to investigate whether confidential information was leaked to the press, if the Weinstein Company's board and executives wrongly terminated him as chief executive, and if the board is pursuing a "fire sale" of the company, according to the complaint and attached exhibits.

Segments of the interview are slated to air throughout the day on ABC, beginning with Good Morning America at 7 a.m. ET, World News Tonight With David Muir at 6:30 p.m. ET, and Nightline at 12:35 a.m. ET.

Natassia is an actress and producer, who has worked on films such as "This Means War" and "Lake Placid".

Then she made a "deal".

"When you get NOMINATED", Weinstein counter-offered.

Judd, who starred in the Weinstein-produced Kiss the Girls, recalled meeting him at a hotel in Beverly Hills while filming the 1997 film. And I said, 'No! When I win an Oscar!' And I just fled, ' she told the show.

"Am I proud of that?".

'Good job kid, you got out of there - well done, ' she added. "That's how he rolled", she said.

Then Sawyer showed another photo from the same evening, where Weinstein is pictured holding Judd's hand, and her expression is one of discomfort.

"I had no warning", Judd said of Weinstein's reputation for sexual harassment prior to meeting him. And I said, 'You do that, Harvey.
