Poll: Most Voters Think President Trump's White House is in Chaos
While the Q poll represents the lowest approval rating for Trump among recent surveys released, it isn't exactly a insane outlier. Per HuffPost Pollster, Trump's average job approval rating is 37.5%, with disapproval sitting at 58.4%.
Voters were more turned off by Trump calling Sessions "beleaguered" and "very weak", with 64 percent of them saying such comments were inappropriate, including 47 percent of Republicans.
In the past, the president has touted the firm's survey, which has typically found his approval rating to be a bit higher than among other pollsters.
Calling it "a new low", today's just-released Quinnipiac University poll finds a mere 33% of Americans approve of Trump's performance, and a whopping 61% disapprove. "Profound embarrassment over his performance in office and deepening concerns over his level-headedness have to raise the biggest heads". Voters said 71-26 percent that he is not levelheaded, 62 percent of voters said Trump is not honest and 63 percent said he does not have good leadership skills.
The only two areas where Mr Trump is performing well in is 58 per cent view him as a strong person and 55 per cent believe he is intelligent. "The daily drip drip of missteps and firings and discord are generating a tidal wave of bad polling numbers".
Gallup puts President Trump's disapproval rating at 60% - matching his all-time worst which he previously hit in June.
Americans also had strong opinions about the growing probe into whether Russian Federation colluded with members of the Trump campaign in an effort to sway the 2016 presidential election.
Quinnipiac surveyed 1,125 voters nationwide from July 27 to August 1 with a margin of error of plus or minus 3.4 percent.
House Majority PAC, which supports Democratic congressional candidates, hired Expedition Strategies to conduct the survey of 1,000 white likely voters without college degrees in key congressional districts in June and July.
