Micromax Canvas Infinity with Infinity Display and Bezel Less Design gets Launched at Rs. 9999

Micromax Canvas Infinity Specs

That's what most phones come with.

LG had recently launched a Rs 14,990 smartphone, LG Q6, with 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone comes out into the markets with a large display with an 18:9 resolution. With Micromax Canvas Infinity we are providing best features in a pack, it is a phone which covers all-around features.

Display: The Micromax Canvas Infinity comes with a 5.7-inch (1440 x 720) 18:9 Full Vision display.

Design wise, the Miromax Canvas Infinity sports a metal body with metal frame all around, meaning that the smartphone comes with a relatively premium build quality. However, the bezels, while narrow, are certainly present and visible, accentuated even more by the low resolution of the screen. People who are interested to get the Canvas Infinity can register for it. On the 5.7-inch screen, this results in a pixel density count of just 282ppi, which does show on the phone. The device does feature a dedicated SD card slot (up to 128 GB). There is a fingerprint sensor below the rear camera which unlocks the device in 0.2 seconds.

With an extraordinary craftsmanship, reliable specs and fulfilling camera, Micromax's Canvas Infinity is a total package minus the hefty price tag. Snapdragon 425: Micromax could have gone with a Snapdragon 435 that delivers "PC Class" graphics but 425 is good enough for a 720p display. Priced at Rs 9,999, the phone's specifications are pretty much in line with what you'd expect from some devices priced at around Rs 8,000 or so. It is powered by a Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor, paired with 3GB of RAM. The chipset ensures good performance in high-end gaming and multitasking. The handset runs on the Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system straight out of the box and is backed by 2900mAh battery. Charger: Micromax didn't go with quick charge, which is all the rage these days. We haven't tested the battery life yet, so stay tuned for our full review. The smartphone is now listed on Amazon's website for registrations or pre-booking, while the same will be going on sale in India starting 1st September.

Update: The phone launched with the price of Rs 9,999. The screen will give to larger-than-life experience and but still comfortable while holding.

We will bring you a detailed review later.
