Maxine Waters Isn't Running For 'Anything Except The Impeachment of Trump'

Maxine Waters won't run for president, will run to impeach Trump
During an interview on New York's Power 105.1 FM's "Breakfast Club", Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) stated that President Trump's behavior during the campaign is part of the reason she started calling for his impeachment and said that she believes Trump will be impeached by December.
"When you have people who are willing to challenge the establishment that is potentially risky for the establishment so no, I don't believe in censorship", she continued.
Maxine Waters was not the one this morning on "The View", where she sparred with two of the show's co-hosts over White House leaks. "I am so glad they are telling us what's going on".
"No, not at this point", Waters said. "That's simply a rumor, everybody", she told the hosts of The View on Friday. "I am not running for anything except the impeachment of Trump". "They're undermining him because they want to see him stopped, they want us to do something, not every president will be treated this way".
Since last year's election, Waters, who is also the ranking member of the House Financial Services Committee, has not been one to hold her tongue about #45.
Videos of Waters have gone viral on social media, including her insisting that she was "reclaiming my time" at a recent congressional hearing.
Ms. Faris countered that world leaders will be reluctant to speak with Mr. Trump if they know that anything they say may wind up in major US newspapers.
"That really struck me as somebody who not only was brilliant and smart and all of that, but had a real sensibility and a heart and an understanding that a lot of people don't have", she said.
After Joy Behar said "they're whistle blowers, they're not leakers", Faris continued her argument.
"Whether it's the president of the United States of America or anybody in his cabinet, we will say to them 'we will resist you.' We will not allow you to damage this country in the way that you're doing", she said as she gripped her award.
