The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is edging closer and closer.

It's not hard to assume the reveal's "Do bigger things" message is a reference to the Galaxy Note 8's display size, which is rumoured to be 6.3-inches.

What does that hint at?

Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus hit the shelves in April with features such as the dedicated digital assistant service called Bixby, a 12MP dual-pixel primary camera, Infinity Display, among others. It would make the phone the biggest flagship of its current line, certainly. The tweet also had an image of a new smartphone by the company, speculated to be that of the Galaxy Note 8. Last month, the Galaxy J3, J5, and J7 (2017) were officially launched. The Ghostek leaks show that this is not the case, the curvature of the edges is smooth and about as pronounced as we've seen on the Galaxy S8 series, while the top bezel is about the same width as the bottom.

After numerous rumors and speculations, Samsung has finally announced the Galaxy Note 8 announcement date. Samsung Galaxy Note 8's rear camera could have a similar functionality like the Apple iPhone 7 Plus camera.

Galaxy Unpacked - is scheduled for 23 August 2017 at 11:00EDT. The Note 8 could cost upwards of $1,000 as well, but this could increase depending on conditions at the time it launches. Samsung is yet to reveal an official confirmation regarding the dual lens rear camera smartphone that is making the rounds right now.

Where is the Galaxy Note 8 livestream?

But it's expected the Note brand will live on and we're going to see its next offering very soon. It was the company's first new smartphone following the disastrous Galaxy Note 7 with its exploding battery. Many expect the iPhone 8 to surpass that screen to body ratio when it launches.
