Video Shows Shooting Inside Texas Car Dealership

05 June 2017, 08:11 | Stacy Allen

Two bounty hunters attempting to take a fugitive into custody at a Nissan vehicle dealership ended up in a shootout that left all three men dead, reports say.

The bounty hunters confronted Hutchinson, who was also armed, inside the showroom of the Nissan of Greenville dealership just after 7 p.m.

In 26 seconds of video captured on cell phone, you can see the moment bounty hunters Fidel Garcia and Gabriel Bernal approached suspect Ramon Hutchinson.

"I've been told that the two gentleman approached him with handcuffs and were going to try to arrest him and that's when the shooting started", Ford said.

GREENVILLE, Texas (AP) - Three men have been found shot to death at an East Texas auto dealership.

Peters says Hutchinson had been sought since March when he failed to appear for court in Hennepin County, which includes Minneapolis. One woman reported she was "hiding in the bathroom".

The gun fight, between all three of them, happened in front of employees and customers, including children, in the showroom.

When Peters got word that Hutchinson had gone to Texas, he asked for help from another bounty hunter, who ultimately lost his life.

"At approximately 1920 hours, Greenville police responded to multiple gunshots at Nissan of Greenville, located at 6403 Interstate 30". No one else was struck by the gunfire, but 911 calls released by the city reveal the terror felt by those in the dealership. U.S. Fugitive Recovery and Extradition, a Minnesota-based private company that tracks down wanted persons, told KTVT-TV (Channel 11) that it hired the bounty hunters, who worked for F.N.G. He dropped the firearm on a desk but was able to grab it again and began firing at Bernal and Garcia. Peters said he had been friends with Garcia for years and said he would not misrepresent himself.

The two investigators may have presented themselves as federal agents.

"The execution and the way they chose to go about apprehending this individual was wrong", Alfaro said.

The bounty hunters were after Hutchison for failing to appear in court on a felony drug charge.

Wes Bearden, legal counsel for TALI, said late Wednesday it was his understanding that Garcia was a licensed private investigator.
