Sea of Thieves coming in early 2018

Sea Of Thieves Shows Us Some Campaign Footage At E3

The game will be releasing in early 2018. The game has a look in the style of the cartoon-y Team Fortress 2, but this game is very elaborate. Here's what you missed from the E3 2017 press conference. Sea of Thieves is a shared world adventure game now in development at Rare, and will allow players to form their crews, sail and customize their ships, and navigate the open world in search of adventure and loot.

Looks like Spencer kept his promise; Sea of Thieves is alive and well, and looks like a fun, unique environment to loot some chests. The Unlocked crew discussed their reactions - both good and bad - on a podcast. Development, by today's standards, has been slow, as this is now the third E3 that Sea of Thieves has attended.
