Sea of Thieves is a shared world adventure game now in development at Rare, and will allow players to form their crews, sail and customize their ships, and navigate the open world in search of adventure and loot.

Looks like Spencer kept his promise; Sea of Thieves is alive and well, and looks like a fun, unique environment to loot some chests. The Unlocked crew discussed their reactions - both good and bad - on a podcast. Development, by today's standards, has been slow, as this is now the third E3 that Sea of Thieves has attended.
